POLICY:   Council Appeal

Applies to:  Teams, Volunteers and Paid Staff

Introduction:  Teams, Volunteers and Paid Staff my appeal Team and Volunteer decisions to the Council.

General: Any Team member, Volunteer or Paid Staff member may appeal any Team or Volunteer decision, except the dismissal of a Paid Staff Member, to the Council providing one Council member is willing to make a motion.  Should such a motion be made the person(s) appealing shall have the right to be heard.  The vote of the Council shall be final.
